Kindly read through our terms and conditions before you start shopping:

1. All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
2. Please allow 1 inch discrepancies for the measurements stated.
3. Selling prices stated does not include shipping fees. There will be a minimal charge of shipping fees depending on the weight of the items and location of postage.
4. We use PosLaju Malaysia. Postage to destinations within Peninsular Malaysia costs RM6 for the first 500g and RM3 for the next 250g. Postage to Sabah/Sarawak costs RM9 for the first 500g and RM4 for the next 250g.
5. Each shipment comes with a tracking code. You can trace the shipping status at http://www.pos.com.my/v1/?c=/v1/TrackTrace/MainTrack.htm. We will not be held responsible for items that have been shipped out.
6. All items will be delivered only after payments are made.
7. Please ensure that there is someone at the stated shipping address location to receive the parcel during the day, as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, the parcel will be dropped at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it from there.
8. We will not be held responsible for any wear and tear on the item during the course of delivery.
9. The colors of the actual items might differ slightly from the pictures posted, therefore, the actual color of the item will be stated.
10. All information provided to us will be treated as private and confidential and will not be disclosed to any parties.

12. We reserve the rights to make changes on our site, policies and our terms & conditions without prior notice.
